The balance of tokens in your portfolio might be missing for several reasons, including a malfunctioning node balance or network issues. You can easily fix this by trying the following:
Refresh the token page
- Open the app
- Tap on the token.
- Swipe downwards from the top of the screen to refresh the data. Please allow approximately 30 seconds for the balance details to refresh.
Hide and add the token
- Open your Tangem Wallet app.
- Tap and hold the token
- Select Hide token from the quick actions pop-up tab
- Tap Hide again
- Press Manage tokens.
- Search for the token and enable it again.
- Tap Save changes, enter your access code or biometric ID, and scan your Tangem card.
Your token and its balance will appear on the app’s homepage.
Other recommendations
- Please check if you have the latest app version installed.
- If connected to Wi-Fi, try disconnecting or switching to a different network.
- Deactivate any VPN if you're using one.
- Uninstall and reinstall the Tangem app to see if the balance display issue persists.
If the previous steps do not resolve your issue, please provide us with some technical data. To do so, tap on the three dots located in the upper right corner of your screen and select "Contact Support".
This will generate an email with the necessary technical data that will help our support team in providing assistance. Please do not make any changes to the email; simply send it as is.
