Sometimes, the blockchain API's response may take longer than usual. A weak internet connection can also affect the accurate display of wallet balances.
Here's what to do:
- Please check if you have installed the latest app version.
- Swipe down to refresh the page. Please wait for approximately 30 seconds for the wallet balance to be updated.
- If a particular token appears unreachable, try hiding it and then adding it again to the main screen.
- If connected to Wi-Fi, try disconnecting or switching to a different network.
- Deactivate any VPN if you're using one.
- Uninstall and reinstall the Tangem app to see if the unreachable network issue persists.
If the steps above do not resolve your issue, please provide us with some technical data. To do so, tap on the three dots located in the upper right corner of your screen and select "Contact Support." This will generate an email with the required technical information. Please do not change the email; send it as is.
